MARK YOUR CALENDARS, on January 2, 2024 from Noon until 3:30pm, Bloomingdale Communications will be hosting a Versiti Blood Drive in our Community Room at our Bloomingdale Office (101 W Kalamazoo Street, Bloomingdale MI). The need for lifesaving blood and blood products is always very high during the holiday season. As an added incentive, Versiti will be giving a $20 e-gift card to all attempting donors with a valid email account. Please consider donating!!

Thursday, October 12th is an early release day for all of Bloomingdale Public Schools. MSHS 11:10 am BE/PE 11:20 am. MSHS will have conferences on Thursday. MSHS Conferences will be 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:15 pm. Conferences will be hosted in the Middle School gym. Enter at the MS. No appointment is necessary. Elementary Conferences will not take place until Oct. 26th.

​On Tuesday, October 17th we will have two Bond Community Event Presentations at 6:00 p.m. (English Presentation) and 7:00 p.m. (Spanish Presentation). Good evening Bloomingdale Families! This is Dr. Deanna Dobbins. This coming Wednesday, October 04, 2023, is Fall Count Day. Count Day is when all public schools in the State of Michigan tally the number of students attending their schools. Count information is critical to districts because each student translates into state funding. School districts receive 90% of their state funding for the 2023-2024 school year from the Fall Count period. Our goal is to receive full funding for every student so that we can provide the needed educational resources for our students. Please help us by ensuring your student is at school this coming Wednesday. In addition, students are more successful academically when they attend school regularly. The town is resurfacing the roads near the school. There are several road closures near Bloomingdale Elementary and the Middle School. Willow Street and Mill Street will remain open until 8:30 a.m. Currently, Chestnut and Cherry Street are closed. Please be aware of these road closures.
